Refund Policy

Last updated: 7 October 2026 (version 2026-10-07)

This policy explains when and how we refund an Export Pass. It forms part of our Terms of Service (see clause 10 there). Capitalised words have the meaning given in the Terms.

Summary

Operator details

t.r-c@outlook.com

Operator details are provided at the time of purchase.

1. What you get

1.1An Export Pass lets you use nothing on this page: the tools it links to sell time-limited passes on their own sites, under their own terms on the browser that holds the pass, for the time shown when you bought it. The time is counted from the purchase. No account is needed, and the pass is activated immediately after payment.

1.2Prices are shown in Australian dollars at checkout.

2. Change of mind

2.1Because an Export Pass is digital and activates immediately, we do not offer refunds just because you changed your mind, with one exception.

2.2Goodwill refund. If you ask within 24 hours of the purchase and you have not downloaded any paid export (a paid download from one of the linked tools) during that time, we will refund the pass in full.

2.3This is based on trust. We may check our records of paid export requests before we refund. Nothing on this page is exported.

3. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

3.1Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. This policy does not limit those rights.

3.2If there is a major failure, you can choose a refund or a replacement. For example, if exports do not work for a reason we cannot fix, you are entitled to a refund. For a failure that is not major, you are entitled to have the problem fixed in a reasonable time or, failing that, a refund for the unused portion.

4. Technical problems

4.1If an export fails, a pass does not unlock, or the file is not usable, please contact us first. We will fix the problem or refund you.

4.2If you lost access because you cleared your cookies, open the link on your confirmation page to restore the pass (see clause 2.6 of the Terms). That is not a fault, but we will help you where we can.

5. Duplicate or accidental charges

5.1If you were charged twice for the same thing or by mistake, we will refund the extra or mistaken charge. Please tell us as soon as you notice.

6. How to ask for a refund

6.1Email t.r-c@outlook.com and include:

6.2We reply within 3 business days.

7. How refunds are paid

7.1Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. They typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days of us approving them. Your bank or card issuer may take longer.

7.2We cannot refund to a different card or account.

8. Refunded or disputed passes stop working

8.1When a payment is refunded or disputed, the pass bought with it stops working automatically, including on other browsers where it was restored. Exports you have already downloaded remain yours.

9. Chargebacks

9.1If you have a problem, please contact us before asking your bank for a chargeback. It is usually quicker for us to refund you directly. A chargeback also ends the pass automatically.

10. GST

10.1The operator is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged on passes and none is included in the prices.

10.2Stripe emails you a receipt for every payment. We do not issue tax invoices.

10.3When we refund a pass we refund the full amount you paid.

11. Partial use

11.1If you have used part of a pass and then have a problem that is covered by clause 3 or 4, we will refund fairly for what you could not use. If the problem is our fault and we cannot fix it, we will refund the full price. We do not refund the unused time of a working pass because you no longer need it.

12. What is not refundable

12.1We do not refund:

12.2This clause does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

13. Changes and contact

13.1We may update this policy; the date and version at the top show the current one. A change does not affect a pass you have already bought.

13.2Questions or refund requests: t.r-c@outlook.com.
